Here at Simplex-IT, we understand looking for a new IT provider isn't fun. Pushy salespeople. Condescending IT jerks. We take a consultative approach, because we’re genuinely interested in supporting the success of your business through IT.
Our proven 4 step process was designed to make this process easy.
We start by gathering some information, which may require a simple conversation or a full IT assessment. This gives us insight into your IT so we know what we’re working with. We also want to understand your business and your tech, as well as your plans for the future.
Assessment Review. We gather what we discovered, and then meet with you to review our findings. This helps us verify the details we found, and highlight any important issues. All this assessment information is yours to keep, no matter what.
Proposal Review. We’ll put together a proposal of services for you based on what we’ve learned in our conversations and through the assessment. We’ll review this with you and answer any questions you have for us. We want you to feel absolutely confident in your decision that Simplex-IT is the best fit for your organization.
