Bramhall Engineering & Surveying Company, Inc

A staff Engineer was acting at their IT tech and losing out on billable time.

Roger Kuhl is an Engineer at Bramhall and also served as their IT technician.  Roger explains that, although he could handle small issues, the larger problems and projects were above his scope. He explains that since Simplex-IT has come on board, it has allowed him to get back to performing his engineering functions.  "Sam and Cary have been very responsive to our needs.  I know when I call on them, the problem will get solved immediately, and without pulling me from my work."

Life Equity LLC

They were in the market to replace their current Managed Services provider.

Simplex-IT works with Life Equity via our Silver Managed Service Plan, where we provide IT services and monitoring support by working in conjunction with their in-house IT staff.  Ann Gross, Project Specialist comments;  "Your prices were extremely competitive and you seemed willing to work with me as the in-house IT person.  I'm one of those people who want to know 'how' and 'why' and Bob and Sam have been more than helpful for me and they explain everything in as much detail as I ask them for. I send these guys an email and figure they'll get to it sometime that day, and usually within 20 minutes to half an hour, I've got some sort of response."
