Simplex-IT was just part of an apparent cyber hack but how bad was it? This attack targeted our business account connected to a popular job search website. Bad actors were able to bypass the MFA with this website and log into our account because, well, there weren’t any MFA steps in place. Thankfully, nothing bad came out of this attack but it does make us wonder, has this happened to any other company before?

Welcome back to another episode of Biz-Tech Twists. Bob was joined this week by two very special guests. Cassie and Hayley from Simplex-IT's marketing dream team. Simplex-IT has been putting out a lot of “Breaking News” style videos recently and wants to let other businesses know the impact and process of these videos.

IT used to be more about technology than the information. Then it switched to focusing on information rather than the technology. We started to look more at the data side of things and have been turning it into useful information. But what are the 3 biggest changes in IT recently? Big data, cybersecurity, and AI.

This week’s show is a special one. Bob is joined by the founder of Serving Strong Enterprises, Scott Couchenour. That’s pronounced coke-an-hour. Yummy. Scott is a life coach helping business owners in their 3rd quarter of life reinvigorate themselves instead of burning out. He’s turning negatives into positives.
