We're Growing (Entry Level Tech) again!

Simplex-IT is a Managed Service Provider located in Stow, Ohio.  This is a new position, due to the growth we’re experiencing.  We’re looking for an entry level Microsoft IT Engineer (Level I).What will YOU do?The responsibilities will include:

• Direct support of end users, both remotely and on site
• Systems implementations, maintenance, and upgrades
• 1st level ticket resolution
• Troubleshoot and manage backups
• Solve and implement user requests
• Anti-virus, malware, and security roles
• Active Directory administration
• Office 365 and/or Exchange Administration
