The internal IT for your organization will use these tools (with Simplex-IT’s training and support) to be superheroes! “Full” Co-Managed Services has the Internal IT responsible for all aspects of IT. Where “Desktop” Co-Managed Services has Internal IT responsible for end users and workstations, and Simplex-IT responsible for servers and infrastructure.

How Do You Come Up With Your Pricing?
We don’t charge a fixed cost per workstation or user, like a lot of MSPs do. Although our offering is standardized, the costs are significantly different from client to client. We do an assessment to know the actual resources you currently have, and what you need.
