Training Event (for Simplex-IT customers only) on December 5th

Here at Simplex-IT, we use many Services, Tools, Methodologies and Portals (STMP, which we call “Stamps”) to do our part in providing a secure, well-performing IT environment for our customers.  As the IT world evolves, so too does Simplex-IT.  Every year we add new STMP’s based on our research and discoveries.  Well, it’s time for us to do a better job in sharing our STMP’s with our customers and encourage them to actually take advantage of these resources when appropriate.Which leads to our first ever “Quarterly Client Training" Event on Wednesday December 5th, from 8:30am-4pm at our offices in Stow.  This customer-only event will feature the staff of Simplex-IT giving overviews on all Simplex-IT STMP’s currently in use.Who should attend this event?  Any of our customers who want to better understand how we use our STMP’s.We’re going to break this into 3 sections:

• Non-Technical STMPs.  This section will deal with ticketing, our Invoicing portal, Training tools, Dark Web monitoring and Technology Business Reviews. The overviews will be geared toward management/leadership of our customers. 
• Technical Monitoring STMPs.  This section gives insight into our monitoring and management STMPs.  The overviews will be geared towards technical folks. 
• CoMITs STMPs.  This section is aimed at customer employees who have an IT responsibility for their organization.  We’ll be reviewing the STMPs that make their jobs easier, including their own ticketing, documentation, and remote support.

As of this writing we have 19 topics to cover.  And not all customers have all 19.  But as you can imagine, there’s a lot of information to cover.  So we’ll be using our time to give introductions to the products, show some highlights, and begin that process of educating our customers to some of the things they can do simply by using the products they already have access to!And you’ll hear the details from the Simplex-IT team.  This won’t be a sales presentation, we’re going to show you how we use these STMPs, and how/when/if it’s appropriate for you to use them for additional value.And of course, we’ll feed you lunch, plus some kind of edible stuff (not a formal breakfast, we’ve got too much to cover).  And all attendees will get a one of a kind Simplex-IT collectable.Our goal is to do this quarterly.  We’ll be looking for feedback on both the concept as well as the content.Questions?  Email either me or Operations director Michelle Brugmann at Michelle@Simplex-IT.com.Ready to sign up?  Great, then RSVP by clicking here.Why are we doing this?  Because we’re constantly evolving, adding new features, new STMPs.  And we haven’t kept our customers as up to date as we probably should.  As an example, Tech Director Kevin Dutkiewicz and I just returned from 2 conferences in Orlando.  I can tell you we’re going to add probably 3 new STMP’s in the next 6 months (more details to follow next year).This is a new concept for us, and honestly, we’re not aware of anyone else in our industry doing anything like this.  Help us make sure it’s useful and valuable to our customers.
