The Pace Palette at Simplex-IT

At the Simplex-IT Quarter 1 meeting, our team completed The PACE Palette, a color-based personality assessment tool used to enhance communication. As a result of this workshop, our team could quickly identify the dominant color of each of our team members and learn the best ways to communicate with others with different color temperaments. It was a great way to demonstrate that our company's strength is in our differences.

The Colors of Simplex-IT

The results showed that our team at Simplex-IT is a well-rounded group that is spread across all four colors. Collectively we are problem solvers, analytical, caring, adaptable, dependable, loyal, optimistic, fun, and creative.
