Looking for a Level II Technician

What will YOU do?

The roles will include:

• Systems implementations and maintenance and upgrades
• 2nd level ticket resolution
• Troubleshoot/manage backups
• Solve/implement user requests
• Anti-virus, malware and security roles
• Active Directory Administration,
• Office 365 and/or Exchange Administration,

Who are YOU?

You are an established IT Engineer with commercial or Government experience. Previous experience as a Microsoft Engineer (this is a mid- level position). You would be considered collaborative, with the ability to deliver WOW service! You are professional, self-motivated and hardworking problem solver. We desire an individual who enjoys innovation and creativity and can deliver. You should have knowledge of established Microsoft server and desktop technologies, and a willingness to further develop yourself. You have a skilled eye for detail, and well laid out approach to achieve a job well done. You need to be compassionate and able to listen to the user's issues, sympathetic to the problems, and have a strong desire to help people. You would also be expected to undertake whatever is necessary in the successful delivery of the team promises, projects and client expectations. Applicants will have demonstrated experience in the support, design, and implementation of IT systems, and/or the delivery of IT projects and services to small and medium sized businesses and government agencies.
