Tales from Sales & Marketing - November Edition

A Monthly Recap from Patti

Welcome to November, in a couple weeks we will be half way through Q4, wow!

Our special offer for November is amazing! Our Foundational IT Assessment, designed to analyze your network, Cyber Insurance policy, MS 365 and your Dark Web risk, is FREE for this month only! That’s a $500 value! It’s such a great offer, and there are no strings attached. Take a look at the details here and use promo code NOVOFFER to take advantage of the free offer.

We exhibited at two tradeshows this month. The Manufacturing & Technology Show at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland on October 18-20 and the Design 2 Parts Show at the John S. Knight Center in Akron on October 26-27. And wow! We talked to so many great folks, the manufacturing world is so interesting. One key thing I kept hearing from that a lot of people still don’t think they are risk for cyber crimes. I’m too small (check out our video on that here: https://youtu.be/OC9-gdOnNbc) . I’m very careful. I only have a couple computers. Even worse, a lot of the folks didn’t even know cyber insurance exists. We don’t sell cyber insurance, so I’m not recommending this for my advantage, I just think every company could benefit from the coverage. So please, take cybersecurity seriously, and at least check into cyber insurance.

On the topic cybersecurity, be sure to check out our webinar towards the end of the month on The 12 Cyber Crimes of Christmas. We have guest hosts from KeyBank and Pax 8 joining Bob for this special webinar where we’ll address the top cyber risks of the holiday season, for both consumers and businesses.

I hope you haven’t become too attached to Bob and Adam’s beards, because they are coming off in November if they raise $100,000 for charity. Check out the Charity Beard Shave here: https://cybermattlee.com/shave-that-beard/ They’ve got about $15k go, so if you are up for a good cause, please consider supporting them and the five charities that benefit from the money raised.

We would love some feedback on our new Learning Center on our website: https://www.simplex-it.com/learning-center Email me your thoughts: Patti@Simplex-IT.com.  And if you have some questions you’d like answered, just email me and I’ll get them added to the queue.
