Welcome Jessi Buser

Hello! Nice to meet you! My name is Jessi Buser and I am the new Client Relations Manager in town here at Simplex-IT.

I’ll be honest, I’m a total black sheep here in the IT world. For the past sixteen years, I had worked as a reference librarian in public libraries until a friend here encouraged me to apply for this client relations position. After a complete leap of faith, here I am in a whole new career. It is my hope that my unique perspective and background in customer service will help me shine when it comes to helping clients receive the service they deserve.

It goes without say thing I am a complete bookworm. I’ll read anything I can get my hands on, but I have a particular interest in fiction and obscure history. When not curled up with a book, a mug of tea, and a cat or several, you can find me fussing over my plants, enjoying a good bonfire, or getting lost in PC gaming.

I’m very excited to see where my new career with Simplex-IT will take me and look forward to working with and building relationships with both my team and clients!
