Celebrating Certifications
2024 was a very busy year for Simplex-IT. Our talented team of technicians and management earned a total of 20 certifications, with 10 employees contributing to this impressive achievement. Most of these certifications were earned during Q2, a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.

Simplex-IT was honored to receive the prestigious MSP 501 Award from Channel Futures in 2024. This award highlights companies worldwide that play a vital role in shaping the modern tech landscape. MSPs on this list are recognized for their innovative solutions and commitment to driving success for their clients. It is a privilege to be included among such esteemed companies year after year.
Growing Our Team
This year, we welcomed two new team members: Joe, our in-house salesperson, and Brad, a project technician. Bringing fresh talent and perspectives into the fold is always exciting, and their contributions are already making a positive impact. Expanding our team ensures we continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
Fun Events
Simplex-IT also had a packed calendar of events in 2024, hosting and participating in five memorable occasions:
Cybersecurity and Solar Eclipse Event (April): This event combined educational content with a fun twist—solar eclipse glasses! It was a hit with attendees.
Annual Arcade Party at Quarter Up in Akron: A fan favorite, this event brought together employees, clients, and friends for an evening of arcade games and camaraderie.
Design 2 Parts Tradeshow (October): This tradeshow showcased exciting developments in the manufacturing sector. Simplex-IT had a booth to help attendees learn more about IT services tailored to manufacturing.
Beers and Gears Mixer: Held after the tradeshow, this mixer had a fantastic turnout, fostering connections and discussions with attendees from the manufacturing space.
Milestones on YouTube
2024 was a banner year for the Simplex-IT YouTube channel. Highlights include:
Releasing our annual April Fools video featuring the tongue-in-cheek "Accidental Intelligence" AI service.
Completing our first Client Testimonial Video and Selling 7 video, which have become valuable marketing tools.
Posting our 500th video in March—a major achievement!
By the numbers, our channel reached over 250,000 views, surpassed 500 subscribers (and is quickly closing in on 600), and added over 200 new videos to its library.
